2. Stir sugar into the coconut juice. Pour into desired mold or container.
Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours until slightly set, then stir in the coconut meat.
Return to freezer and freeze for 24 hours, or until firm. 3. Crush the frozen dessert with an ice pick, scoop out, then serve in dessert bowls.
